Noah Lyles was carted out of an Olympic stadium in Paris after receiving medical attention.
A Paris 2024 spokesperson said the sprinter was taken away from the track in a wheelchair because he couldn’t walk away on his own.
Lyles fell just short of a historic sprint double at the Olympics with a third-place finish in the 200 meters behind Letsile Tebogo of Botswana.
