Alan Shearer believes England’s 2-1 Euro 2024 final defeat to Spain will be Gareth Southgate’s last match in charge of the team.
The Three Lions lost 2-1 in Berlin, with Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarzabal scoring either side of a goal from Cole Palmer.
Southgate is set to now mull over his future, having indicated he’d leave his post as manager before the tournament if England failed to bring the trophy home.
And Shearer thinks the 53-year-old is set to leave and pass the job onto someone else.
