Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has temporarily suspended its bill submission services to facilitate a system upgrade. The company aims to enhance its customer care and billing system through this improvement.
The service interruption will commence at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 9, and will continue until 11:30 PM on Sunday, August 11. During this period, customers will be unable to submit their gas bills.
SSGC has assured its customers that all service centers will resume normal operations from 8:30 AM on Monday, August 12. The company has urged customers to plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience caused by the temporary suspension of services.
